Eat’n Park’s fast-casual concept, Hello Bistro, puts guests in charge of the experience with fully customized burgers and salads—complete with the chance to name their creations and post recipes to a community board. Set in an urban, street-front space designed for both dine-in and grab-and-go, the brand reflects a fresh, community-focused energy. I led concept development, naming, branding, and interior finish directions, helping shape a distinctive and engaging destination for the internal creative department to implement.
